Feel free to reach out anytime—it's the best way to connect with us quickly and ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay! *Required $400 refundable incidental deposit. 50% deposit on weekdays (Sunday–Thursday), except holidays. Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 7 AM (inside & outside) to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests & neighbors. *Base rate includes up to 12 guests. Additional guests over 12 are $10 per person, per night, to cover extra utilities, linens, and turnover. *$20 BBQ grill fee (optional). Peaceful Stay Policy: We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and refrain from parties or loud music. Spa Heating Policy: Enjoy 2 complimentary hours of spa heating upon request (3 hrs.’ notice required). Extra time $10/hr. Houston’s tropical climate may occasionally bring insects, despite our regular pest control. Please keep doors closed. Repellent is under the kitchen sink.
